| 1 lb. Pork Tenderloin |

| 2 strips Bacon |
 |
| 5oz Captain Spongefoot Cranberry Chipotle Sauce |

| DIRECTIONS |

| 1. Place pork tenderloin on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Tuck thin end of loin under. |

| 2.Place 2 bacon strips on loin. |
 |
| 3. Roast uncovered at 350 f for 25-30 minutes or internal temperature registers at 150 degrees. |
 |
| 4. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes, remove bacon strips and slice at a 45 degree angle. |

| SERVE: |
 |
| Place tenderloin slices on individual plates and drizzle Captain Spongefoot Chipotle Cranberry Sauce sparingly (1 oz.) on each slice and plate. |
